Our senior pastor, Paul Phillips, was born and raised in Western New York. He and his wife, Joyce, live on California Hill Road in Delevan. They are both graduates of Practical Bible College. Pastor Phillips’ ministry centers around the exposition of the Word of God with preaching, teaching and counseling.
